Grinding
The Anderson Feed Technology is the result of over 100 years of experience and development in the cereal-processing industry. Anderson Feed Technology hammer mills are supremely suited for the milling of products with a fibrous structure and a low density, for example dried alfalfa, straw, etc., as well as composite feeds that have a relatively high fat or moisture content.
The Anderson Feed Technology hammer mills of the series 650 are eminently suitable for grinding granulates up to 20 mm diameter. Depending on the screen-size used, the mill is able to reduce the particle size down to approx. 200 micron.
Read moreThe Anderson Feed Technology Hammer Mill 670 series are very efficient mills and the result of our innovation and many years of experience. Depending on the number of revolutions and selected sieve size the machine is able to reduce the particle size down to approx. 200 micron. The Hammer Mill 670 machines can rotate in two directions and are equipped with electro-pneumatically operated valves and cast iron rupture discs.
Read more100 years of experience and innovation have led to the development of a wide range of high efficiency hammer mills. The GHM series are equipped with adjustable breaker plates which can be positioned vertically according to the direction of rotation.
Read moreThe feed roller guarantees an even supply to the hammer mill and is driven by a special 1.5 kW motor reducer which can be regulated by a frequency converter. It has an integral stone catcher for removal of heavy particles. Iron particles are extracted by an extra-strong permanent magnet with an automatic cleaning system. The items removed are collected in a tray. The feed roller, stone catcher, magnet and collection tray are assembled into a fully sealed feed unit. The special, multiple dosing screw can be used as an option for very fatty products and products with poor flow characteristics.
